The Youth Ministry of First Southern Baptist Church, Overgaard
We want all of our youth to know Jesus Christ and to find their ultimate joy and satisfaction in Him. Our youth ministry is not afraid to go deep in developing our youth's understanding of the greatness and glory of our God, and to give encouragement in the pursuit of godliness. We also feel it is vital for our youth to belong to greater body of the church, not just the youth ministry. We treat our youth as the blossoming young adults they are, they are a vital and cherished part of our church family. Our youth meet for Sunday School at 9:45 AM in the education wing and on Wednesday Nights at 7:00 PM at the church in the Activity Center, along with going to summer camp and other special events.
